Meet the Chocolatier
All of the littles treats from Sweet Biteology are created by me, Zoha.
In 2021, I began exploring my love for chocolate. With big ideas I put pen to paper and scribbled down my vision.
I knew I needed to improve my skills to make my dream a reality. In April 2022, I packed my bags and went to Portsmouth to take in person classes with an award winning chef, James Parsons.
Thereafter, I immediately got to work to put concepts and recipes together.
After many failed attempts, I finally mastered the technique of shelling moulds, balancing ganache and caramels to create perfect little bites that are bursting with flavour.
I hope this journey makes for an interesting story to tell the kids one day and I look forward to taking each one of you along with me.
