Caramel, nut based and pate de fruits fillings have a longer shelf life of 3-6 months.
Ganache fillings should be consumed within 8 weeks for maximum taste and texture.
How should I store my chocolates?
Our bonbons are best stored in a cool, dark place, ideally between 16-20 degrees celsius. Please store the chocolates away from any heat sources and out of direct sunlight.
