Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee your chocolates will be protected from warm weather. If your order arrives melted or partially damaged, no refunds will be issued and we will not be held responsible. However, we will do our best to ensure your chocolates are adequately protected.

All orders for products in stock are despatched within 3-7 workings days of receipt. This timescale can vary at quieter or busier times of the year. Should you require your order sooner, please email me at info@sweetbiteology.co.uk and I will try to prioritise your order. Please not that the above timescale will not apply to customised items; the despatch time will be confirmed on the product page.

Please note that I am only able to ship within the UK. I currently use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery Service.

Shipping cost for orders that weigh less than 2kg will be £4.50 otherwise will be £7.50

In the event of a Royal Mail strike, I will endeavour to use a different delivery service where possible.
